Our B-500 processor is the heart of the Continuous Batch system and has
the capacity to produce 2.3 million gallons of Biodiesel annually.
The B-500 Continuous Batch Biodiesel Plant produces 400 gallon batches of Biodiesel.

B-500 continuous batch processor includes all steel plumbing, mixing pump, and heavy duty brass ball valves. Methoxide mixing tank is plumbed with the explosion proof pump for safety and ease of use.
AUTOMATION AVAILABLE
The AUTOBIO automation system is now remote controlled via IP address. Biodiesel plant managers can monitor and manipulate all aspects of their Biodiesel operation offsite with a computer and an Internet connection.
The AUTOBIO automation system features the Mitsubishi Human Machine Interface and may be used with any manufacturer’s Biodiesel system. Each Biodiesel plant would have to be evaluated for an estimate.

I would like to know how many gallons a day I can process; how many hours a day and of course how many gallon a year ?
We are now in the process to cultivate micro-algae for producing biodiesel after.
If we buy equipment to process > 2′million gallons a year of Biodisel
